Bio
Conrad Weaver is a mission-driven filmmaker, entrepreneur, and speaker, and coach dedicated to strengthening leadership and wellness within the public safety community. As President & CEO of First Responder Wellness Solutions, LLC (FRWS) and founder of ConjoStudios, LLC, he brings more than two decades of storytelling experience and a deep passion for helping first responder agencies build healthier, more resilient cultures.
Conrad is the creator and producer of the acclaimed documentary PTSD911 and host of the First Responder Wellness Podcast, platforms through which he amplifies the voices and experiences of those who serve on the front lines. A John Maxwell Team Certified Speaker, trainer, and coach, he equips leaders with practical, actionable tools to inspire trust, improve organizational health, and strengthen team performance. His work spans leadership development, coaching, and workshop facilitation, as well as the design of comprehensive wellness programs tailored for public safety agencies.
Beyond filmmaking and speaking, Conrad is known for producing high-impact events—including documentary screenings, conferences, and mastermind groups—that drive awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and create measurable outcomes.
Through FRWS, Conrad’s mission is clear: to equip first responder leaders to lead better, live healthier, and create strong, resilient teams that thrive under pressure.
Conrad lives in Frederick, Maryland with his wife, Jodi.
