- Synopsis
Silent Waters provides an intimate glimpse into the lives of fishing communities on an undeveloped Thai island in the Andaman Sea. The destruction from the waves led to the main village of nearly 1,000 people being abandoned. Many were resettled on the mainland; others chose to rebuild their lives and homes on the island. Find out what happened once the waters receded, the beaches were cleaned and the aid organisations departed.
