The three-part docuseries marries humor with history as it unapologetically confronts the many facets of racism, exploitation and discrimination that have contributed to the formation of the United States. In a nation that mostly sticks to one side of America's history,  the docuseries explores the history of race in America from the perspective of people of color, featuring insights from noted historians, cultural commentators, actors, activists and artists.
