In Peace We Trust

n Peace We Trust is an inspiring half-hour documentary that explores the mission and philosophy of the Meta Peace Team, a group promoting non-violent alternatives for the past 25 years in both the United States and abroad. Co-founder C. Peter Dougherty, a peace activist who’s worked worldwide and won numerous awards for his peacemaking work shares the history and philosophy of the Meta Peace Team. Their philosophy of non-violence is further revealed through a series of interviews with MPT trainers, and footage of peace teams in action. MPT provides resources for citizens to become peacemakers hosting creative nonviolence training workshops for ordinary citizens with a framework of third-party nonviolent intervention.
