Overview

Genre
Human Rights, Human Interest, Politics, Contemporary Issues, and Social Issues
Synopsis

In the United Kingdom 300 dying people end their own lives in every year.
Assisting someone to die is against the law and could risk a 14 year prison sentence.
Every seven days a Briton travels to Dignitas in Switzerland for help to die.
84% of the public support the choice of assisted dying for terminally ill adults and yet our parliament repeatedly refuse to change the law.
It is vital that the debate around assisted dying continues.
