Political Economist Ryan Conway and his wife Andrea Avena Koenigsberger were on a track to academic stardom at Indiana University — until they moved to a small farm in Bloomington, IN and started a community composting business. When the business takes off, the Earthkeepers seek help — and end up partnering with Made up Mind (M.U.M.), a non-profit that helps ex-offenders find jobs and stay out of jail.
