- Synopsis
The men who live in the A block of California State Prison - Los Angeles are granted privileges and freedoms thanks to their record of good behavior. But many are serving life sentences, and will never see the world outside the walls of the maximum security prison. A lucky few of these men, however, have found a way to give back to their community despite their incarceration - by rehabilitating and training unwanted dogs. The dogs are given a second chance at life once they complete their K9 Good Citizenship training, and have gone on to serve as therapy dogs, service dogs, and beloved family pets.
